A research that stems from a personal fascination for the atmospheric quality of light, for a certain "physical aspect" of light.
Trying to capture this symbolic, emotional and physical side of light. Giving a window more meaning than just a hole in the wall with a view to the outside: looking at a window as a source of light and as a friendly presence in a space.
Good morning sunshine was exhibited in three installations:
A window is my amplifying glass: light particles are held together in a three dimensional still life, like floating dust in an attic room.
A window is my lamp: the direction of a ray of light becomes a chameleonic lamp which alters by the hour.
A window is my space: the space created by a sheet of light becomes a place to rest in.
